RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our knowledgeable staff may assist you in attempting to determine the correct part items for your trailer needs. However, the customer is fully responsible for the final determination of applicable part numbers ordered. If incorrect part items are ordered, and need to be returned, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If returned items are damaged, they will not be allowed for credit.
Items can be returned within 30 days with prior authorization by filling out all of the information on our RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. After 30 days, the item is subject to warranty from the manufacturer.
Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Proof of purchase (original or copy) must accompany all returned merchandise. CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL BE TO OUR CORPORATION: SPARKS OF IMAGINATION, INC.
